Hydropath’s technology works without the use of chemicals, plumbing or invasive installation. Magnetic, Electronic or Chemical water treatments all require  additional products and maintenance. HydroFLOW treats the water by a powerful conditioning effect that is generated over long distances of pipe networks both upstream and downstream of the unit, without water having to flow past the signal generator itself. Limescale prevention occurs within the entire zone, not just the area where the system is located. This table compares the Hydropath technology with other generic water conditioners, water softeners and phosphate dosing. Because of the propagating magnetic fields that travel throughout the entire system, HydroFLOW is the only product that can treat still water. It also has the unique ability to treat the whole system continuously. All other products, such as magnetic and electromagnetic devices, work in certain conditions, and with non-consistent operation. HydroFLOW can also be connected externally to all types of pipe, usually with no modification to plumbing. Most other devices require plumbing modification. HydroFLOW is maintenance free and designed to specifically prevent corrosion. HydroFLOW does not use chemicals. Phosphate dosing requires chemicals and effects the environment as it creates algae.
